I Edward Jarvis, Jr.(?) being in a low state of Health, but in my perfect mind & memory do make, constitute & ordain this my Last Will & Testament. And knowing that it is appointed for all men to die. In the first place I give and bequeath my soul unto God Who gave it to me. I request at my decease that my Body should be Buried decently in a Christian like manner. Secondly, I appoint Bryan C.(?) Bennett my whole & sole Executor to Execute this my Last Will & further Will that all my just Debts be Paid first out of my Estate. The remainder of my Estate, Real & Personal I give & bequeath unto my Beloved wife Cherry Jarvis. Placed under the control of the above named B. C. Bennett untill my youngest child arrives to Lawful age. Then to be equally divided amongst my children then living. But provided my beloved Wife Cherry should marry then & in that case She is to have a childs Part & my Executor to take the remaining in possession & provide for & support my children. I further will that my Executor Shall at all times when necesites require Sell any part of my Estate to provide for support or educate my children. It is to be understood that my beloved wife Cherrie(?) Jarvis is to retain & have a childs part under Either Circumstances above named.
