I resine my body to the dust from whence it Came hoping that I shall rise at the resurrection of the Just tho(?) I commit my soul to god who gave it. I being lowise body But in my right mind & sences I make this my last Will and testament. I will to my son David Lott one Hundred acres of land including the improvements, where I now live. The division line to begin at the condition line between me and Wm. More at the gum corner thence a Strait line to the old sugar tree Corner and the Sd. David must give James Lott one hundred dollars when he comes of age. That he can pay it without distressing him self for the sd James Legacy of the land then the land to David and his heirs forever. Also I will to my youngest son Samuel Lott thirty Acres it lying between Wm. More & Wm Cittinger & joining The old hundred acres to him and his heirs forever. Also to my youngest daughter Polly Recard I will one bed and Furniture and one Cow and Calf, one pot & one oven, one Five pint bason & two Cheers for her dowery. To my daughter Elizabeth Combes one big table, and to Susannah Reaver (or Raven or Reaves?) I will one speckled heifer and my horses cattle and farming utensils I want sold for Twelve months credit and Divided among my wife Susannah Lott, my sons David and Samuel. My hogs I want my wife to have her meat out of them and as many as she wants to keep to raise and the rest when they get fat sold and money divided Between David and Samuel when they come of age and one six gallon pot I will to my wife her lifetime. At her Death to Samuel my son and I will to my wife Susanna Two cows & one calf and all the balance of my household Furniture. My son David I want bound to tanner Campbell Till he is twenty one to learn the tanners trade; and Samuel I want bound to Wm. dains(??) till he is twenty one to learn Dains(?) trade. The plantation I want rented out for the support of my wife her lifetime and appoint John Plain and Lot Stroud Executors **** this being my last Will and Desire I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal April the 6th day 1819.
