That is to say. I give to my daughter Parthenia M. Poag one bed and bedding. All the rest of my estate both real and personal of whatever nature or kind so ever it may be not herein before disposed of I give to my son in law Wesley G. Langley provided he takes care of me during my natural life. And lastly I do hereby Constitute and appoint my son in law Wesley G. Langley Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 7th day of October 1858. Langley State of Kentucky Muhlenberg County Sct. September County Court 1860 I Jesse H. Reno Clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid do certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of Jane Poag was produced into Court at the August term 1860 and was proved to be the Act and deed of said Jane Poag by the oath of James W. Wilkins one of the subscribing Witnesses thereto. And was again produced into Court at the September term 1860 and fully proved to be the act and deed of said Jane Poag by the oath of Philander E.
