I Andrew Parks upon(?) being infirm in body but of Sound Mind do make this My Last Will & Testament. Believing in the resurrection of the body through Jesus Christ, I do Will my body to the ground from whence it Came, and that it may be buried in a Christian like Manner. And all expinces paid. Also that all my property of every kind, my land and plantation, I will to my beloved & lawful Wife Sarah Parks during the term of her widowhood or for the term of time She may remain in a Single State. Or as it may be understood remain without a Male Companion. And if my said Sarah should marry or take a companion then all my property to be sold and equally divided between my said Wife and three Children. And provided my said Wife Sarah should remain in a State of Widowhood untill my youngest child should become of lawful age then all my property and estate together with My land be sold and be equally divided between my aforesaid Wife Sarah Parks and my three lawful begotten Children, Samuel, Dicy & William.
