I being weak and Body but sound In memory Do constitute and appoint this my last will and Testament First: I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Milly Kincheloe a mulatto boy named Charles to her and her Heirs forever. I gave and bequeath to my son Lewis Reno, the plantation on which I now live to him and his Heirs forever. The balance of my Estate I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth During her natural life and at her death that my Estate shall be equally divided amongst all my children.
