I give and bequeth to my wife Caterina my dwelling house with fifteen acres of land round it her life time and her lawful part of all other property and the rest to my children as follows; To my daughter Susannah and my son John and my daughter Elizabeth and my son Solomon and Joseph and my daughter Emly Anna all there above mentioned to have on equal proportion when the State divided and my son Michael and Gabriel I give half as much as one of the above mentioned heirs and my son Jacob I give one shilling & sixpence and I constitute and ordain Solomon Rhodes and Jesse Jackson to be Executors of this my last will and testament disannuling all other wills and testament by me made prior to these presents.
