Know all men by these presents that I Isaac Stringer of the County of
Muhlenberg and State of Kentucky being of ordinary Good health and of Sound
& disposing memory. Do by these presents make this my Last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all other Wills and Testaments which I may have
made heretofore.

1st. I desire that out of my personal property my funeral expenses be paid,
and that after that all my Just debts be liguidated.

2nd. I give and bequeath to my Son Isaac Render(?) Stringer the tract of
land I now live on adjoining John Vickers & Jesse Bates tracts on which they
now live in the County and State aforesaid. And also all my household and
Kitchen furniture, my presents stock of Hogs(?), Horses, Cattle and Hogs.

3rd. I give to my Daughters Rebecca and Christina each one Cow. Given under
my hand this 12th day of June 1850.

This foregoing last Will and Testament of Isaac Stringer Dec'd was exhibited
into Court & proved to be the Act & Deed of said Stringer by the oaths of
Jacob McLaughlin & William D. Bates subscribing Witnesses thereto & ordered
to be recorded.
