	This day Came the parties by their attornies & thereupon Came a jury 
towit:
John P. Edrington	Isaac Hairell		Henry Bevin
Coonrod Mathers	        Thomas Simpson	        Walter Simpson
Daniel McDaniel	        Patrick McGee		Jacob Shawley
William Shopton	        Henry Diller		John McCine
Who being elected tried and sworn well and truly to try the issue joined 
herein, but the Court not having time to go through the Evidence adjourned 
until tomorrow morning 9 O’Clock.
