Charles Metcalf & Wife		Plaintiff	)
	against					)	In Chancery
John Jupins Heirs &c		Defts		)
	The jury sworn herein as aformer day of this Court this day returned 
into Court the following Verdict To wit:
We of the jury find that John Jupin made and published as his last Will and 
testament the paper marked C, a copy of which is refered to in the Within plea 
and that it was acknowledged by him as his last will and testament and attested 
in his presence by his request by two Credible Witnesses and at the time he 
made the same he was of sound mind and disposing memory.
