The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ******************************************************************* THIS INDENTURE made this twenty sixth day of February one Thousand eight hundred and six Between John Bruner and Pamela Bruner his wife of the one part and Aaron Legrang of the other part, both parties being of the County of Nelson and the State of Kentucky, Witnesseth that for and consideration of the sum of ninety pounds current money of Kentucky to them in hand paid by Aaron Legrang the receipt whereby they do hereby acknowledge. The said John Bruner and Pamela his wife hath granted bargained sold aforesaid and considenence and by these presents do grant bargain, sold alien and confirm unto the said Aaron Legrang his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Nelson, aforesaid an the water of Plum run a Branch of Simpsons creek and boundered as follows (towit) Beginning at the hickory and two dogwoods near Nicholas Langfords fence thense South forty degrees near Peter Techenors fence thence North thirteen degrees east thirty eight poles to the middle of the main road's leading from Joseph J or I Gardeners to Spingfields, thence along the middle of said road towards said Gardeners a line of the original survey thence South fifty degrees West to the beginning containing forty eight and one half acres by survey by the same more or less to have and hold the aforesaid tract of land with all its appurtnances thereunto belonging unto him the said Aaron Legrang his heirs and assignes forever to warrant and forever defend the above mentioned tract of land against themselves their heirs and and assigns and against everyone person or persons whatever In Witness whereof they have here signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Bengrayson John Bruner (seal) Peameley Bruner(seal) Nelson County Court, To All whom it may concern I Benjamin Grayson, Clerk of the County court of the county aforesaid do make known that on the third day of March 1806 John Bruner and Pamela his wife a party to this indenture of bargains and sale Aaron Legrang did in my presence in do form of law execute and deliver the same as their voluntary act and deed, she the said Pamela being examined by me out of the hearing of her husband declared that she executes and declares as aforesaid with the, persuasions or threats of her said husband or through fear of his displeasure and that she was willing the same should be recorded, which indentured I have recorded as required by law witness my hand this 25th day of January 1808 Bengrayson This is the book of abstracts I found to look up the Nelson Co deed In above Abstracts of Nelson County Deeds- Book six Pg. 611 26 Feb. 1806- John Bruner, wife Pamela, to Aaron Legrang
