William Herron from Isaac Hite, et al

This Indenture made the first day of April in the year one thousand seven
hundred and ninety three between Isaac Hite and Harriet his wife Abraham
Hite & Elizabeth his wife Joseph Hite & Sarah his wife and Rebecca Hite all
of the County of Jefferson of the one part and William Herron of the
County of Nelson of the other part  Witnesseth that the same Isaac Abraham
Joseph & Rebecca for and in consideration of the sum of five pounds to them
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
Bargained & sold unto the said William & his heirs one certain Tract or 
Parcel of land containing one hundred and eighty acres being part of three
hundred and eighty acres conveyed to the said Isaac Abraham Joseph &
Rebecca by a deed from Nicholas Minor & Elizabeth his wife bearing date 
the eighteenth day of February one thousand seven hundred & ninety three 
Situate lying and being in the County of Nelson on the waters of Simpsons 
Creek and bounded as follows to wit  Beginning at two Sugar trees and ash
in William Davis's line, thence north thirty five degrees west 164 poles
Striking Richard Conner's box corner at eighty poles & running with his
line to the corners a Sugar two hoopwoods & cherry tree, thence with
another of his lines north 55 degrees East one hundred & Sixty poles to
a walnut ash and hoopwood, another of Conner's corners thence South thirty
degrees East two hundred and fifteen poles to two Sugar trees & an ash in 
Davis's line thence South Seventy five degrees west one hundred and fifty
poles to the Beginning  To Have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land
together with its Appurtenances unto the said William & his heirs forever
to his and their only proper use & behalf.  And the said Isaac Abraham
Joseph & Rebecca for themselves & their heirs doth hereby covenant and again
to and with the said ... said Isaac Abraham Joseph & Rebecca themselves
& their heirs shall and will Warrant & forever defend the right and title
of the said one hundred and eighty acres unto the said William & his
heirs against the claim of the said Isaac & Harriett his wife, Abraham &
Elizabeth his wife, Joseph & Sarah his wife & Rebecca and all persons
claiming under them, and against the claim or claims of all and every
person or persons Whatsoever  In Witness whereof Said Isaac & Harriett his
wife, Abraham & Elizabeth his wife, Joseph & Sarah his wife and Rebecca
hath herewith set their hands & affixed their Seals this day & year above
