I collect letters/documents from 19th century. oldest, so far, is this may 
22,1819 letter from Ann ( Lytle Rowan ), wife of Judge John Rowan, of Federal 
Hill, to Miss Eliza Harney, near Haysbourough, TN If interested i will make 
copy and mail to Historical Society or nelson Co site so they may post it to 
geneaology web site and share withh Nelson Co reserachers. In letter Ann 
mentions the Judge off on legal business; Alice Talbot married the day before 
to a ....Denny of Louisville, and Elizabeth Wickliff having married  in two 
weeks to a Mr Roberts of Springfield; and of a Doctor Harney at Savannah, Ga. I 

try to find every bit of data I can on the sender and recipients of my 
collections. if any one can add additional data on these good people I'd 
appreciate it. Have priunted much bio data on the Rowan's from the Nelson Co.
