Marshall Executor of Robert Barker deceased. It is ordered that W. S. Houlcheus, A. J. Langsford and George Thompson, any two of whom after being first duly sworn may act, be and they are here by appointed appraisers to appraise the personal estate of said deceased, said appraisers are required to state in their appraisment the number of articles in value of each article set apart by them for the widow separate and apart from those appraised for sale and then make report of same to this court within sixty days.
