KING Admr. 25.00 Paid out money to ______ 78.98 Total amount 1316.45 1/2 minus above credits 503.26 1/2 Leaving 813.19 minus the widows portion 271.06 1/3 Returned to the court by Thomas DUNCAN and SILAS TICHENOR. 26 Jan 1831 I MARY DUVALL, widow & admr. of the estate of GABRIEL DUVALL deceased and now Guardian of said decedents children do by these presents acknowledge myself in possession of $875 & 19 cents it being the ___ amount of the said decedents personal estate agreeable to a settlement this day made by Commrs appointed by the Nelson County Court and ABNER KING the other exor is not in any manner liable for the said amount as I now take the same in my possession as Guardian for my Children and do by these presents release the said KING from any further duty. I also certify that I as guardian now make use of the profits of sīd Decedents estate that is the Interest of the money & the rent of the farm for the support of my Children.
