Tesce Ben GRAYSON _______________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________ November the seventh, one thousand eight hundred and six~~~~~~~ In the name of God, Amen. I, John ANDERSON of Nelson County, State of Kentucky, being in perfect mind and memory, though weak in body and calling to mind the mortality of my body do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the manner following. First I reccommed my soul to GOD, who gave it, my body to the earth to be buried in a Christian and (???????) like manner at the direction of my executors and touching my wordly estate, first I direct all my just debts to be paid. I also give, devise, and dispose of the rest in the manner following, to wit, I make, ordain and appoint my truly friend John McGEE to settle my affairs and to dispose of my estate justly as it is directed in my will. I do give, grant and bequeath to my well beloved wife Abigail a safisiant maintenance while she lives, or as much as the law of Kentucky allows the widow to have. I do give, grant and bequeath to my son John all the remaind my (????) and personal estate except one dollar to each of my sons & daughters. (????) my son Robert, Iassic (?), Archiball(?), Samuel, David, my daughters Mary Jean & Elizabeth. I do also deny, revoke and denounce all other wills and testaments. Witness my hand J.
