On motion of WARREN L. W. TROUTMAN who married SALLY LUTES one of the heirs 
of WALTHAL BURTON dec’d ordered that WILLIAM JOHNSON, PHILIP C. SLAUGHTER, 
THOMAS HUBBARD and BENJMAIN HARNED or any three be appointed Commissioners to 
 make division of the slaves willed by WALTHAL BURTON dec’d to SALLY, JOHN 
and NELSON LUTES.
