In the name of God Amen I FRANCIS S. M. HILTON do hereby bequeath to my 
sister SARY M. HILTON my entire property to her and her heirs forever and 
I do appoint my Brother WILLIAM and my Cousin WILLIAM F. HILTON my lawful 
Executors this Twenty Second day of September One thousand Eight hundred 
and Twenty Five.

Recorded 12 Dec 1825 Nelson Co. KY Court the above last will and testament 
of STEPHEN HILTON Deceased was exhibited in Court and proved by the oaths 
of THOMAS IRWIN and JOHN SAMUELS two of the subscribing witnesses.  And on 
the motion of WILLIAM HILTON and WILLIAM F. HILTON the Executors therein 
named having given bond with JOHN SAMUELS, WILLIAM NEWBOULT and JOHN B. 
GREENWELL their securities in the penalty of $3000
