HOWARD; RUSSELL; WAKEFIELD; GREER; GRAYSON

The Nuncupative will of Joseph HOWARD who departed this life on Monday the 3 
____ and committed to writing the 7th Inst by James RUSSELL, Ruth WAKEFIELD and 
Rebecca GREER Subscribing witnesses. the sd RUSSELL says that a short time 
before his death he called on him to take notice that what property he had he 
wanted divided between his little girls and his land to go to his little boy 
when he comes of age. Ruth WAKEFIELD says that he in her presents told his wife 
to Remember Sally an Elligitimate child and divide with her as far as you are 
able and keep the plantation until my little boy comes of age to Raise your 
children on . Allso Rebecca GREER says that she heard the same words as spoken 
by Ruth WAKEFIELD and further this witnesses say that the sd HOWARD was 
perfectly in his senses at the time he called on them as far as they were able

This Nuncupative will of Joseph HOWARD dec'd was proved by the oaths of James
