I Charles STEWARD of Nelson County and State of Kentucky by the blessings of God being of perfect and sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding do make and publish this my Last Will and testament in manner and form as followeth: -- I give and bequeath to the lawfull Heirs of My son William STEWARD, Deceased five Shillings -- I give and bequeath to my son Charles STEWARD my Home place Supposed to be one Hundred and forty Acres of land -- I Give and bequeath to my Son In Law Richard WATSON one Shilling. --I give and bequeath to the lawfull Children of my daughter Ann WATSON and Ann Mildred WINFIELD, Wenifred STEPHENS, Mary ROBERTS, Rebekah WILLIAMS, Susannah HAYDEN, and Sarah STEWARD all the personal estate after my just Debts and legacies be paid. -- I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sarah one Cow and Calf, one feather Bed and furniture and it is my Desire that my wife Ann shall have a support During Life. I leave to her the third of All My Estate and also my Negro woman Cloe During Life and I give and bequeath Freely to my Nine Children William, Ann, Ann Mildred, Winifred, Mary, Rebeckah, Susannah, Sarah, and Charles STEWART whatever they have already Received of me and Lastly I appoint Charles STEWART and William ROBERTS Executors of this my last will and testament this 3 day of January 1800. And I do thereby Disannul and make Void all former wills by me Here to fore made in testimony whereof I Have Hereto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and Date above written.
