I Thomas SCOTT being in my perfect senses do make and ordain this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all others. first I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy SCOTT all of my Estate both real and personal during her widowhood with the Exceptions hereafter made. 1st ____ whenever my three youngest sons _____ Thomas William and Willis shall leave their mother after they become of age they are to have one bed and furniture and one cow. 2nd whenever my daughter Margaret shall leave her mother she is to have one horse creature one cow and bed and furniture all the balance of my property I give to my beloved wife Nancy Scott during her natural widowhood and at her death or marriage, it is my will that all my Estate both real and personal shall be sold and the money equally divided between Milly Betsy and Polly Dicy Margaret Nancy Redmond Thomas Willis, my son John and daughter Peniny having Rec'd their part and are to have no more and I leave my son Redmond and Willis my Executors In testimony I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 6th day of September 1827 Teste Rich L..
