Most of the writing is very legible, however please bear with me on the ones
that are not.

The format begins with the house number and family number, which I am not
including. Then is the name of the Veteran, Rank, Company, Name of Regiment
or Vessel, Date of Enlistment, Date of Discharge, Length of service. If
there are any other notes regarding this Veteran, I will include them.
