Ordered that Jane Ishmael be appointed Currator of the Estate of Benjamin Ishmael
Deceased whose last will & Testament is either lost Or Mislaid untill a probate of
said will can be had and thereupon the Said Jane together with Lewis Myers her
Securety entered into Bond in the penalty of $300. Conditioned according to Law.  And
that Isaac West John Shankland Philip Stoops and Hugh Wiley do apprais in current
money the Slaves if any and personal Estate of the said Deceased and that the Executor
Return an Inventory thereof to the Court
