CAROLYN ANN ASBURY
      Carolyn Ann Asbury, 56, of High Street, Carlisle, wife of Billy Ray
Asbury, died Tuesday, September 30, 2003, at Hospice Care Center. She was
born in Montgomery County to the late Elmer Lee & Susan Jolly Hawkins.
      She was a homemaker.
      Other survivors are: three daughters - Anne Frances Hughes of Fleming
County and Virginia Mae Castro & Susan Rae Wright, Carlisle; four brothers -
Irvin, Rondall, Roy & Gary Hawkins, Carlisle; three sisters - Virginia Kiser
& Eva Fitzwater of Carlisle and Linda Hendrix, Mt. Olivet; and seven
grandchildren.
      Services were conducted Friday, October 3, at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral
Home by Rev. Gary Conner. Burial was in Carlisle Cemetery.
      Casket bearers were Gary Fryman, Irvin Hawkins, Roy Hawkins Jr., Ricky
Hughes and Michael & Phillip Kiskaden.
      Honorary bearers were Tony, David & Frank Asbury and Raymond
Willoughby.
