COATNEY Jack M. Coatney, 50, of Harrodsburg, husband of Jesseca R. Horn Coatney, died Sunday, October 26, 2003, at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Nicholas County, son of Lester W. & the late Agnes McKenzie Coatney. He was a sales representative for Bill Heard Chevrolet in Nashville, Tennessee, and was a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church. Survivors, in addition to his wife and father, include: two sons - Phillip Ryan Coatney and Jack M. Coatney, Harrodsburg; two daughters - Season Coatney Prewitt and Sara Morgan Coatney, Harrodsburg; a brother - Keith Coatney, Lexington; a sister - Dana Yeager, Harrodsburg; and a granddaughter - Brinkley Prewitt, Harrodsburg. Services were conducted Wednesday, October 29, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Bro. Rick Snyder. Burial followed in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Randy Dunigan, Gary Hurst, Carl Coatney, Kevin Gibson, Larry Catlett, Bobby Dennis, Gary Sanford, Kenny Stratton and Timmy Shallcross. [c350001.txt]
