HAZEL WEBB DARNELL

Hazel Webb Darnell, 81, died Friday, November 7, 2003, at the Grandhaven
Nursing Home in Cynthiana. She was born in Harrison County, daughter of the
late John William & Jeanettie Doud Webb.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Cynthiana Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: a daughter - Brenda (& Larry) Turner, Cynthiana; a
brother - Bobby (& Pat) Webb, Nicholas County; two sisters - Dorothy (&
Gerald) Turner and Mary Waits (& Kenny) Moore, Cynthiana; two
grandchildren - Cindy Turner Smith and Georganna (& Todd) Gaunce,
Winchester; and three great grandchildren - Miranda & Kendra Smith and
Chandler Gaunce; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her husbands - Haggard Berry and G. H.
Darnell, Jr.; a daughter - Linda Fay Berry; and a brother - Charles Webb.
Services were conducted Tuesday, November 11, at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty
Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Larry Bowald. Burial followed in the Battle
Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Mike Webb, Keith & Terry Moore, Daryl Stacy, Johnny Brooks,
Troy Reynolds and Boyd Wright.
