FOR SHERIFF

To the Voters of Nicholas county:

I am a candidate for the office of Sheriff of Nicholas county, at the August election,
1876, subject, however, to the action of the Democratic party, in convention
assembled, or by any other mode of adjustment that may be agreed up on.  I shall only
add, in this card, that, should I be elected, I will discharge the duties of the
