Dates as indicated JANUARY 16, 1867 Died ROGERS - In Carlisle, on Saturday, Elder John Roger's, a prominent preacher of the Christian Church. Married JONES-MATHERS - At the residence of the bride, in Carlisle, Ky., on the 7th inst., by Rev. John Rule, Mr. Charles Jones to Mrs. Mary F. Mathers. LONG-VICTOR - On the 20th, at the bride's parents, by the Rev. John Brown, Mr. Wm. Long to Miss Bettie Victor, all of Nicholas county. RIDDLE-BURRIS - On the 31st., by the Rev. S. L. Robertson, at the residence of the bride's brother, Mr. John Riddle, of Fleming county, to Miss M. E.
