I offer for sale, privately, my farm, containing 108 or 110 acres, situated on the M.
& L. R. R. about 150 yards from the Maysville pike, one mile east of Millersburg, and
adjoining the lands of Samuel Martin and Dr. Carpenter. The farm is in a good state of
cultivation, and well timbered, and there is no better land in Nicholas county.  There
is a good dwelling on the place; also the usual outbuilding, plenty of good water, and
a young orchard.

creed and adjoining the lands of A. L. Parks (dec'd) and H. V. Myers, and within sight
of Myers station on the M.& L. R.R..    The improvements consist of a new dwelling
house, containing 3 rooms and a kitchen and dining-room and smoke house and stable.
On the premises are good and never failing water.  Sale between 16 and 2 o'clock on
the premises.
