Written: September 6, 1880

To all whom it may concern:

That I Irena E. Bean wife of J. C. Bean deceased do make this my last will and 
testament vis I Will To Curtis D. Bean my oldest son one dollar out of my 
estate after that then to William F. Bean one dollar out of my estate also to 
Mary E. Canon wife of J.B. Canon one dollar and to Ida Belle Bean all of my 
estate both real estate and personal property to have and to hold to the said 
Ida Belle Bean forever.  I will to Ida Belle Bean all the beds, bedsteads, 
chairs, tables, cupboardsafe and cupboard ware all of the cutlery and cooking 
vessels also bed clothing and all the rest of the house hold furniture also my 
poultry and goats, cows, sheeps and all the stock that I may then own, to have 
and to hold the same to Ida Belle Bean at my death given under my hand this 
September the 6th 1880.

August Term 1889 

The foregoing last will and testament of Irena E. Bean deceased was at this 
term produced in open court and proven by C. X. Bean and A. S. Aull the 
attesting witnesses and thereupon was ordered to probate and record I further 
certify that the same and this certificate have been duly admitted to record.
