Kentucky, Owsley County April 15, 1852
Surveyed for M.L. Hughs 15 acres part of a warrent issued by the clerk of 
the Owsley County Court and situated in said county on Beaty Fork of
Buffalow Waters of the Kentucky River and bounded as follows: To wit
Beginning at a spotted oak and 3 (?) on top of a clift on the north
side of a branch of said fork in a line of a 100 acre survey made for
Robert Baker thence west 40 poles thence s14 e82 poles thence east 20
poles thence north 80 poles to the beginning
