Ball 4 April 2008 patwball@insightbb.com ***************************************************************************** Allen, Johnny "PawPaw", age 75, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Middletown Regional Hospital. He was born December 26, 1931 in Buckhorn, KY. to Green and Lula (Patrick) Allen. He was a laborer for McGraw Construction as a Bull Stewart for around 40 years retiring from Labors Local 534. Johnny enjoyed working in his garden and giving his vegetables away. He was the type of person that if he met you once, you were a friend for life; he was a member of the Alono Center. He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Johnny Allen, Jr. in 1990; infant daughter, Roxy Allen in 1962; sister, Dorothy Shoela; brother, Orphy Barnett; brother-in-laws, Charlie Combs, Buster Combs and Elle Stacy. Johnny is survived by his wife Christine (Holland) Allen whom he joined in Holy Matrimony on December 3, 1955 in Hindman, Ky.; daughters, Barbara (Dale) Hager of Middletown, Dorothy (Frank) Albin of Trenton; grandchildren, Tony Allen, Justin Allen, Steve (fiancée Lil) Hager, Barbie Bryant; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Kaitlyn Hager; brother, Kelly (Juanita) Allen; sisters, Hattie Stacy, May Combs, Geneva Faye Combs; special friends, Arnold (Ruth) King, John Hager and Duck Rice and many other loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2007 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Kevin Collins officiating at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Ohio Valley Affiliate, P. O.
