MISS JULIA E. WATSON, milliner and dressmaker, was born June 13, 1858, and is a daughter of William A. and Mary A. (Hook) Watson. William A. Watson was born in Scott County, Ky., and moved to Pendleton County at an early day. At the outbreak of the civil war he enlisted in the Fifteenth Kentucky Regiment, and died at Richmond Va., in 1861. Mrs. Mary A. Watson, a daughter of William Hook, was born in Pendleton County, December 18, 1838, and is still living at Falmouth, at the age of fifty. Miss Julia E. Watson engaged in the millinery and dressmaking business in Falmouth in the year 1886. *****************************************************************************
