COMBS, do hereby relinquish all our right and title to a tract of land lying on Long Branch in Perry County being at the mouth of said branch and made in two surveys by Jeremiah COMBS, deceased, containing 150 acres be the same more or less to Moses COMBS and his heirs and assigns price from us as heirs of said Combs.
