To/Deed
	Robert Davidson & Whitt Davidson
Whereas Daniel Davidson on his deathbed did desire that the thirty acres of
land on which he lived should descend to his two youngest sons Robert
Davidson and Whitt Davidson ,Now ,we the heirs and representatives of the
said deceased ,being desirous of confirming to the wishes of our deceased
ancestor & inconsideration of our love and affection to the said Whitt &
Robert Davidson,and the sum of one dollar to each of us paid do hereby for
ourselves ,our heirs & relinquish ,release and quit claim all our rights,
title and interest in and to tract of thirty acres unto the said Robert &
Whitt Davidson,their heirs and assigns forever.  In testimony whereof we
have hereunto set our hands affixed our seals this 10th day of November 1834

 I, Jesse Combs,Clerk of the said County Court for the Countyy aforesaid do
certify that this deed from Daniel Davidson's heirs to Robert Davidson and
Whitt Davidson; was this day produced to me in my office and proven by the
oath of H. Duff to be the act and deed Of said grantors,whereupon the said
deed together with the foresaid certificate hath been duly admitted to
record in my office.
Given under my hand this 13th day of November,1832
