Ky. on the Spruce Pine Lick Branch of Squabble Creek and bounded as followeth to-wit Beginning at a large rock maple a beech; thence N13 E 12 poles to a white oak ; thence N26 E 32 poles to a stake; thence N15 W 36 poles to a beech; thence N2 W 54 poles to a beech; thence E 10 poles to a stake; thence N15 E 114 poles to a stake; thence S65 W 30 poles to three chesnuts oak; thence W20 poles to a stake; thence S30 W to Claborn Gilberts branch; thence down said branch to the beginning. The said Isaac Gilbert do bind myself to make unto the said Joner Ingram a title to the above named tract of land.
