Betsy, his wife deceased.
The names of the children now living being Mary Couch, Letitia Couch, July
Couch,
Eleanor Couch and Elizabeth Couch. All under 18 years of age.
Executors: worthly friends Robert Campbell, Roger Daniel and John Couch.
Witnesses: Robert Campbell and Roger "X" Daniel
