This cemetery was begun by George S. Belcher. There is a direct road to the cemetery from Hwy 80. The road is rough. The entrance to the cemetery is up a steep, small hill with no steps. (Medical note: trees over hang the road and the cemetery; if visiting, use some type of bug repellent--the chiggers are terrible and cost the transcriber’s family a doctor’s visit.) Two children of Ona & Roma died, Eddie and Bertain. Bertain (a son) is buried in the Potter Family Cemetery on Little Beaver Creek, Elkhorn City, KY. Ona ordered grave stones for the two children, but the man doing the stones got the information wrong on Eddie’s marker; thus the scratched off word "son".)
