Joseph "Joey" Lee Belcher, 38, of Winchester, passed away 
Sat, April 28, 2007 at his home. He was born on Nov 27, 1969 in 
Pike County KY to Billy R. Belcher and Patty Rowe Belcher of 
Winchester. 

Other survivors include one brother Craig R. (Shelvy) Belcher of 
Lexington, two aunts Leah (Ralph) Rowe Good of Lick Creek, KY, 
and Donna Belcher (Dicky) Taylor of Mouth Card, KY, cousins, 
Mathew and Mark Good of Pikeville, KY, Kristi Taylor, Kaitly, Ethan, 
Nicholas, and Gracie Good of Mouth Card, and many more friends 
and loved ones. 

Services will be Tue, May 1 at 1pm at the Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home, 
289 S. Main Street, Winchester, KY, with Dr. Art Beasley officiating. 
Visitation will be 10am Tue until the hour of service. Burial will be in the 
Winchester Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Central 
Baptist Church, 101 W. Lexington Avenue ,Winchester, KY 40391.
