 Mary Jane Comstock, 81, of Baltimore, formerly of Logan, went 
quietly to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 27, 2007 at Heartland-
Fairfield Nursing Center, Pleasantville. 

She was born June 27, 1925 in Pike County, Kentucky, daughter 
of the late Hibbard and Hettie Jenkins Farley. She was the widow 
of the late James Henderson Comstock Sr. 

Mary retired from the Logan-Hocking School District where she 
was a cook. 

She was survived by a son, Mike (Nancy) Comstock of Baltimore; 
a daughter, Joy (Ray) Mendez of Portal, Az.; and a grandson, 
Wyatt Mendez of Portal, Az. 

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 1, 2007 at the 
CARDARAS FUNERAL HOME, 183 E. Second St., Logan. 
Entombment will be in New Fairview Mausoleum, Rockbridge. 

Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. 
The family suggests memorial contributions in Mary's memory be made
 to the Alzheimer's Association of Central Ohio, 3380 Tremont Rd., 
Columbus, Ohio 43221.
