FLANNAGAN, Billie age 70 of Harrison Twp., passed 
away Sunday, March 4, 2007. Mrs. Flannagan was 
born in Virgie, KY, August 26, 1936, was a member 
of the Pentecostal Apostolic Church and was 
preceded in death by her husband, Billy R. in 2002. 

Survived by her daughter, Donna Simon; sons 
and daughters-in-law, Verlin A. and Kathy and 
Ricky A. and Susan; 5 grandchildren, Melissa 
Simon, William A., Steven A., Eli A. and Cole A. 
Flannagan; sisters, Lois Simmons, Debbie 
Tackett, Betty Damron and Geraldine Lay and 
brother, Paul Ratliff. 

Funeral service 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the 
George C. Martin Funeral Home "North Dayton 
Chapel" 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. 
Pastor John Roberts officiating. Interment Dayton 
Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive 
friends 4-7 P.M. Wednesday at the George C. Martin 
Funeral Home. If desired contributions may be made 
to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave. Dayton, 
Ohio 45420.
