Robert Eugene Fletcher, age 83, of Pikeville, Ky, passed away 
Saturday, October 21, 2006, at the Pikeville Medical Center. 

Mr. Fletcher was born in Pike County, April 24, 1923, the son 
of the late Everett and Evelyn Titus Fletcher. 

Robert was a mechanical contractor (electrical HVAC), and 
also an Army Veteran of WW II. 

Along with his parents, He is preceded in death by a son, 
David E. Fletcher, on November 27, 1993 and by an infant 
daughter, Olivia Jean Fletcher, in 1942, and by a sister, Anna Fletcher. 

He is survived by his wife, Billie Jean Parsons Fletcher. They were
 married August 26, 1957. 

Robert is also survivied by one son, Robert Fletcher, and his wife 
Annette, of Kimper. Three daughters, Anna L. Torres and her husband 
Phillip, of Houston, TX, Robin Boyd, her husband Doug, and by Tewanna 
Gibson, her husband Darryl, all of Pikeville, Ky. 

Robert is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great 
grandchildren. 

Robert Eugene Fletcher will be sadly missed by his family, friends, 
and many loved ones.
