1924 - 2006

Chester Justice, age 82, of Knoxville, TN, passed away Sunday, 
October 29, 2006 at St. Mary's Medical Center. 

He retired as a bank examiner with the FDIC in 1984 and had 
made his home in Knoxville since 1963. 

He was born in Pike County, Kentucky on February 8, 1924 the 
son of the late Jonathan C. and Nancy B. Justice. 

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, 
Lester Justice and one sister, June Prater and one brother-in-law: 
George Prater. 

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ester V. Justice and one daughter, 
Janice Gay Martson and her husband, Lawrence of Hermitage, TN, and 
three sons, Chester Justice, Jr. of Knoxville, TN, Jeffrey Clayton Justice 
of Atlanta, Ga and Charles Christopher Justice and his wife, Rebecca of 
Garner, North Carolina. 

He is also survived by two grandsons, Jonathan Justice Marston and 
Joshua James Justice and many beloved nephews, nieces, and extended 
family.

Funeral Service:  11:00a.m., Thursday, November 2, 2006 at the J.W. Call 
Funeral Home Chapel with Levi Coleman officiating  

Interment:  Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, Kentucky
