John Justice, 80, of 108 S. Main St., died at 10:41 p.m. Saturday at 
the Clark Regional Medical Center. 


A native of Pike County, he was the son of the late John and Bertha 
Chapman Justice. He was a retired merchant and a former employee 
of the Wal-Mart of Winchester. He was an Army veteran of World War II 
and was a member of the Ark of Mercy Church of God. 


Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Robert H. and Judy Justice 
of Pikeville; two grandchildren, Patrick Duncan Justice of Shelbyville and 
Allen Kendall Justice of Pikeville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 


He was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Herald Justice and 
Paul Justice, and a sister, Matilda Justice. 


Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Scobee Funeral Home 
by the Rev. Janice Claypoole. Burial will be in the Camp Nelson National 
Cemetery, Jessamine County.
