Harry Dwayne Lively, Sr., 49, of Tram, died Thursday, 
Jan. 18, 2007, at Pikeville Medical Center.

He was born March 17, 1957, a son of the late Harry Sedell 
and Carmel Barron Lively.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Cindy Lively.

He is survived by his wife, Jeana Lively; one son, Harry 
Dwayne Lively Jr.; one daughter, Jennifer Denise Lively, 
all of Tram; three brothers, Steven Dale Lively of North Carolina, 
Joel David Lively of Florida, and Michael Regan of Ohio; and 
one sister, Phyllis Wilkins of Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, in the 
Thacker Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Compton officiating.

Arrangements are under direction of Thacker Funeral Home 
of Pikeville.
