She was a member of the Elkhorn City Church of Christ, retired from Republic Steel as the personnel supervisor, and a member of the Annie O. Young Chapter of the Eastern Star for over 50 years. Along with her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by two sisters: Helen Newsome and Dallas Roberts and one brother:Howard B. Potter. Survivors include: Her husband: Fayette May One son: Michael Roberts, Jr. of Charlottesville, VA Two brothers: James "Buzzie" Potter of Hebron,KY and Ben Hobson of Walton, Kentucky Six sisters: Virginia (Vernon) Flanary of Pikeville, Sena Dee (Gobel) Tackett of Troutville, VA,Sally (Arthur) Hall of Southgate,MI, Ethel Goff of Pikeville, Fannie Mae Collier of Decatur, GA and Trudy (Bruce) Dubberstein of Sun City, AZ Two grandchildren One great grandchild There will Order of the Eastern Star Services at 7:00 PM Friday Visitation: At J.
