Lola Mae Riddle Maynard, 99, of Pikeville, died Thursday, 
Nov. 23, 2006, at the Pikeville Health Care Center.

She was born in Toler, March 13, 1907, a daughter of the 
late W.G.W. and Parlee Riddle.

She was a registered nurse and a lifelong member of the 
First Christian Church, Chloe Creek.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy E. Maynard; 
and 10 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by one adopted daughter, Phyllis A. May; one 
grandchild, and one great-grandchild.

A private graveside service will be held at noon Sunday, Nov. 26, 
at the Gannon Family Cemetery, Upper Johns Creek. Arrangements 
are under the direction of Thacker Funeral Home.
