Age:  70 , died 08/28/2006
 
Born in Pike Co., Columbus was a third generation coal miner 
and was the son of the late Wilburn and Alpha Price Mullins. 

Survivors include: 

Four sons: David Mullins, Floyd Mullins, Wilburn (Joanette) 
Mullins and Joey (Jessica) Mullins 

One daughter: Sheila Mullins 

Brothers: Chalmer and Jeff Mullins 

Sisters: Opal and Lora 

Twelve grandchildren 

Many great grandchildren 
 
Visitation:  At J. W. Call Funeral Home 9:00 AM til 10:00 PM Saturday  

Funeral Service:  There will only be visitation  

Interment:  Mullins Cemetery Pikeville, KY
