Belle Tackett, age 60, of Pikeville, passed away, Monday, 
November 27, 2006 at the Pikeville Medical Center. 

She was a billing clerk at the Pikeville Medical Center and a 
member of the Bethlehem Old Regular Baptist Church. 

She was born in Pike County, Kentucky on August 22, 1946 the 
daughter of the late Hatler and Dixie Newsome Kiser. 

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, 
Arthur Kiser. 

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, James E. Tackett 
and one daughter, Candace L. Fleming and her husband, Johnny 
of Pikeville. 

She is also survived by one brother, Reed Kiser of Jenkins, Kentucky 
and one sister, Mary Lou White of Bolivia, North Carolina. 
 

Visitation:  after 5pm, Tuesday at the Bethlehem Old Regular Baptist 
Church with services each evening at 7pm  

Funeral Service:  10:00a.m., Thursday, November 30, 2006 at the Bethlehem 
Old Regular Baptist Church with Regular Baptist Ministers officiating  

Interment:  Newsome Branch Cemetery on Penny Road, Pikeville
