Connie Keene Wagner, age 60 of Pikeville, passed away Sunday, 
June 11, 2006 at the Pikeville Medical Center. 

She was a Homemaker and had been a former teacher at the Johns Creek 
High School. She was a former Girl Scout Leader. She was a member of the 
First Baptist Church of Pikeville. 

She was born in Pike County, Kentucky on October 7, 1945 the daughter of 
Peggy Crisp Keene and the late Warren C. Keene. 

Along with her mother, Peggy, she is survived by her husband, Roger Wagner 
and two daughters, Rachel Wagner Kennedy and her husband, Todd of Pikeville 
and Katherine Wagner Thomas and her husband, Matthew of Frankfort and one 
sister, Vicki Keene Tackett of Pikeville. 

She is also survived by one grandson, Jackson Warren Kennedy. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Wagner, Ben Wagner, Jeff Wagner, 
Tim Hatfield, Brian Hatfield and Steve Hatfield. 

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that contributions in Connie's 
memory to the Markey Cancer Center, 800 Rose Street, Lexington, KY. 40536; 
The Leonard Lawson Cancer Center, 911 Bypass Road, Pikeville, KY 41501 
or the Church of your choice.

 Visitation:  after 6pm. Monday in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel  

Funeral Service:  1:00pm. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church of 
Pikeville with Bro.Paul Badgett officiating  

Interment:  Annie E. Young Cemetery - Shelbiana, Kentucky
