K.H. “Hi” Williamson, 89, of Varney, Ky., passed away Thursday, 
April 26, 2007, at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Ky.

He was born June 14, 1917, in Pike County, Ky., son of the late 
Caudill and Vicie Jane Francis Williamson.

Mr. Williamson was a deacon of 60 years at Pilgrim Home Old 
Regular Baptist Church and was retired from the N&W Railroad and merchant.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his first 
wife, Sophia Edith Hale Williamson.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl Taylor Ross Williamson of Varney, Ky.; 
two daughters, Doris (Milford) Lowe of Varney, Ky., and Phyllis (Barry) 
Lawson of Beanstat, Tenn.; one son, Phillip (Ilene) Williamson of Oakford, Ind.

Other survivors include grandchildren, Phillip Williamson II and Janet 
Williamson, both of Sharpsville, Ind., Scott Williamson of Oakford, Ind., 
and Benjamin and Jacob Williamson; six step-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Sunday, April 29, 2007, at 
Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church with Tommy Dials, Richard Staton, 
Lacy Walters and others officiating. Burial will follow in Caudill Williamson 
Family Cemetery at Varney, Ky.


Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Community Funeral Home, 
Zebulon Highway, Pikeville, Ky.
